Friday 22nd March sees the return of The Breakdown at The Wedgewood Rooms, Albert Road Southsea, in aid of No More Durty Water and The Rowans Hospice.
The Breakdown, Southsea’s trailblazing breaks and beats club night, returns on it’s 20th anniversary for a one-off special with a cracking line up headed by the legendary Plump DJ’s playing a fierce set of classic breaks. Support comes from a strong selection of Portsmouth DJ’s, including Simon Heartfield, Jed Nugget, Mr Foot and George Spence.
The night is dedicated to the memory of The Breakdown’s resident DJ, promoter and musician Carl Edwards and also No More Durty Water founder DJ Monkey P, both stalwarts of the local music scene.
Tickets are £10 in advance from The Wedgewood Rooms or click here for the Breakdown 20 Facebook event page.
