We Love Soul

Portsmouth’s Soul & Motown Revue has its second birthday party in aid of No More Durty Water.

2 floor Soul party celebrating 2 years of Grapevine. The foot stomping jump up sound of soul motown and R&b with that snap crackle and pop of original forty fives. To help us celebrate our birthday we have invited some heavyweight djs and collectors of soul funk and rare groove to funk up the party as we take over both floors of the Kings.

Raising funds for water projects in 2011, working with Bridge of Hope Children’s Ministry.

DURTY 45 kicked of the No More Durty Water fundraising for 2011, with a fantastic party raising £700 we required to finish the rainwater harvesters project for the Bridge of Hope Children’s Ministry.

A massive thank you to everyone who attended and made this a great night. Plus a big shout out to everyone at Little Johnny Russells for making this possible.

More fundraisers coming up……………May 5th – Dead Rock Stars Dress Up Party. May 14th – Grapevine Fundraiser.
